Employer Branding Expert (all genders)



Job Description
What you will do:
Develop and execute employer branding activities across different channels (career websites, social media, career events) to strengthen METRO’s employer brand.
Coordinate campaigns and events that support recruitment and brand awareness, including managing budgets, creating content, and tracking performance.
Support and grow the METRO Ambassadors Program, strengthening their commitment with METRO.
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and impactful content.
Act as a consultant for METRO’s global entities to ensure alignment and consistency in employer branding activities.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment or communications, ideally in a B2B environment.
Hands-on experience in social media management and event coordination for recruitment purposes.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and budgets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical mindset to evaluate performance and optimize activities.
Fluent in English (academic level), German or other European languages are a plus.
