What you can expect:
- Growth strategies: You will support the analysis of business development and planning of our subsidiaries across all countries and channels. Together, we will navigate through the organization to uncover insights that drive our growth strategies forward.
- KPIs: You will analyze key steering KPIs such as Sales, Result, and Cash Flow, and support the team as a central point of contact for overall business development.
- Planning: You will be involved in strategic planning initiatives, continuously challenging the status quo and focusing on key business drivers.
- Reporting: You will support the preparation of documents for external reporting, including the annual report, quarterly financial reports, and shareholder communications.
- Communication: You will contribute to clear and structured communication of our progress to stakeholders worldwide.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Education: You have completed at least three semesters in business administration, with a focus on controlling, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Skillset: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to work across diverse data sources.
- Personality: You are able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Mindset: High level of personal motivation combined with strong interpersonal skills.
- Digital: Proficiency in MS Office and strong curiosity for AI‑driven solutions, spanning decision support, automation, analytics, and beyond.
- Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
