You will meet a great international team. You will work closely with hiring managers and People & Culture to ensure that recruitment processes are efficient, structured, and create a strong candidate experience.
What does it mean?
manage selected roles from first conversation to offer
actively source and approach candidates (social media, networks, ATS)
conduct structured interviews and build strong, relevant shortlists
partner closely with hiring managers — aligning expectations and driving decisions
create real impact by connecting people with new career opportunities at METRO
Qualifications
Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (full-cycle experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
A structured and pragmatic way of working
Confidence in using ATS and sourcing tools — and a curiosity to continuously improve and innovate our TA processes
Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a part-time setup (ideally 2 full days and 1 half day)
Very good German and English skills
