Working Student (m/f/d) - Employer Branding

Duration: 12 – 24 Months
Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible
What you will do:
- Assist in planning and organizing our presence at external career fairs (logistics, materials, coordination).
- Help with event communication (e.g., photos, videos, invitations, reminders, follow-ups).
- Manage administrative tasks such as tracking registrations and preparing event documentation.
Qualifications
- You are an enrolled student in HR, psychology, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Already have some experience with supporting event organization and working on multiple tasks at the same time, using Office 365 tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Passionate about HR, employer branding, or community management.
- Fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus.
