Working hours: 20h/week, up to 37.5h/week during lecture-free period
As a Working Student in Supply Chain Management, you will contribute to a dynamic and international team environment, supporting both short- and long-term supply chain performance objectives. Your role will include active participation in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on supply chain optimization projects for internationally sourced products.
- Support inventory management processes, including stock level monitoring, demand forecasting, and supplier coordination.
- Assist in the implementation of supply chain strategies for phasing in/out products and managing supplier transitions.
- Coordinate with Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) and international business partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze and report on supply chain metrics, including stock snapshots, order trends, and efficiency improvements.
- Identify opportunities to prevent shortages, reduce slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and improve stock availability in collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- You are an enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Open-mindedness, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficient in English (corporate language).
