Job Description
- Drive the design and delivery of international talent and leadership development programmes.
- Create engaging learning journeys, workshops, and development experiences.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and external experts to drive programme success.
- Coordinate participant nominations, international cohorts, and programme communications.
- Continuously improve programmes based on feedback, learning outcomes, and business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, Consulting, or Project Management.
- Passion for creating impactful learning experiences and developing people.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working in an international and cross-functional environment.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset combined with creativity and curiosity.
