Working Student (m/f/d) for SCM - Customer Relationship Management

Your Responsibilities:

•  Execute predefined daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes.
•  Collect, validate, and consolidate customer forecasts to support accurate demand planning.
•   Ensure timely and correct processing of customer orders from entry to final delivery.
• Communicate actively with customers – METRO countries – as well as other business partners to solve daily operational issues.
•  Contribute to process automation and optimization initiatives (short and long-term) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Support the continuous improvement of the demand planning process to increase availability of own brand assortment and improve cross-functional collaboration
•   Support ad hoc tasks and project-based work as needed.

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on SCM or Logistics.
• Your advanced skills in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot tables, Macros), are desirable.
• You are passionate about customer service and understand its impact on supply chain performance.
• You are a team player and can successfully blend into an international team environment.
• You have a strong and empathetic personality and excellent communication skills that help you engage with stakeholders involved in your daily activities.
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written), and an additional European language will be an advantage.
