You will have a mentor from the very beginning and you will be accompanied throughout the program by HR experts who will be on hand to provide you with advice and support. What you should take with you
- Passion for people, food, sustainability and innovation
- Enthusiasm and drive to make METRO and our business your business
- Willingness to contribute your skills and talents in order to be successful together with us
- Motivation to start your entrepreneurial career with us
- Master's degree, e.g. in (business) administration, finance, international management
- Practical and relevant experience through internships, working student positions or extracurricular activities
- A stay abroad is a plus, but not a must
- Good English skills are a must
Step ONE
You send us your application, we screen it.
Step two
You will receive your first feedback from us within 10 days.
Step three
Interview with the Hiring Department and/or HR
Step four
You will prepare a case study and present your results to colleagues from the department.
Step five
We will then give you direct and honest feedback on your performance.
Step six
If everything has fit, you will receive an offer from us.
